Kian Tavakoli

Master Winemaker
Earned his Viticulture degree from U.C. Davis in Northern California as well as a degree in genetics.

Kian’s winemaking experience includes 4 years at Opus One perfecting his cabernet winemaking and 9 years at Clos Du Val where he headed up their highly-acclaimed reserve bottling.

His education, experience, personality, and particularly his passion for creating and producing great California Cabs, makes him the ideal winemaker for PerryMoore wines.
